The Long Island Film Festival is currently taking submissions for 2017



Parham, a 12-year-old boy sees his stepmother and half- brother as intrusions. Feeling neglected, lonely and unloved, he doesn’t know how to express his disapproval to his father. His young mind can’t fathom why Alborz, gets more attention than him.
Possessed by sibling rivalry, he bullies and humiliates Alborz in front of his friends by throwing a dead seagull at him. Alborz, shaken by the incident, falls sick and eventually dies. Parham, has to face his role in the turn of events and gets overwhelmed by guilt and remorse at his actions.  Drama  20:00 U.S.
